Smartcool Broadens Distribution In Southern States, Initiates Sales Project With Blue Bell Creameries

Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSXV: SSC), is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a sales distribution agreement with Combined Refrigeration Resources, Inc. ("CRR") based in Humble, Texas.

CRR specializes in custom equipment design, sales, marketing and maintenance in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sector (HVAC & R). Their highly trained and vastly experienced technical team provides both on-site and technical sales support. CRR is a factory-direct distributor of Dunham-Bush and also authorized dealers and service providers for many HVAC & R equipment companies including Master-Bilt, Danfoss, Hartford Compressors, Rae Corporation, and Rittal. CRR, who have a significant presence in the South Central United States, will initially direct their efforts in Texas and Oklahoma.

CRR's first project has already been installed with Blue Bell Creameries, Brenham, Texas. Blue Bell, who is currently celebrating their 100th Anniversary, ranks as one of the top three best selling ice creams in the United States and has over 50 production and sales locations in the South-Eastern U.S. The first installation in the Blue Bell facility will provide data confirming the level of savings available through the install of Smartcool's technology. Upon successful completion it is anticipated that Smartcool's ESM™ will be installed throughout the Blue Bell Creameries network.
